1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AutoEscoto.Center ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Service, you are not authorized to use or access our services.

2. Description of Services

AutoEscoto.Center provides professional gift wrapping services including:

• Corporate gift wrapping and presentation
• Personal occasion gift wrapping
• Specialty item handling and wrapping
• Consultation and custom solutions
• Rush and same-day services (where available)

3. Service Booking and Payment

Booking Process

• Services must be booked in advance through our website or phone
• Confirmation will be provided via email or phone
• Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers
• Corporate accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• Rush orders cannot be cancelled once materials are purchased

Service Guarantees

• We guarantee professional quality workmanship
• Damaged items due to our negligence will be compensated
• Unsatisfactory work will be redone at no charge

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your requirements
• Deliver items to be wrapped in clean, undamaged condition
• Inform us of any fragile or valuable items
• Pick up completed items within the agreed timeframe
• Report any issues within 24 hours of service completion

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoEscoto.Center's liability is limited to the value of the gift wrapping service provided. We are not responsible for:

• Damage to items due to inherent defects or fragility
• Loss or damage exceeding the service fee paid
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Items left in our possession beyond 30 days

7. Insurance and Valuable Items

• Items valued over $500 CAD require disclosure and insurance
• Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value items
• We reserve the right to refuse extremely valuable items
• Customers are responsible for insuring their own items

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AutoEscoto.Center and protected by copyright laws. Custom wrapping designs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through:

• Direct negotiation between the parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration under Ontario law if mediation fails
• Legal proceedings in Toronto, Ontario courts as a last resort

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
